Globe Hotelware Agency was established in 1985 in Vancouver by Jan Knol. Recognizing the superior quality of European manufacturing, Jan seized an opportunity to distribute a line of chinaware. As a result of his philosophy of applied knowledge and impeccable service the company quickly grew. This approach is still driving the success of Globe Hotelware today. In 1993 Globe Hotelware expanded to open offices in Ontario where Bert Knol managed a growing and impressive list of national and international clients. In January 2000 Jan retired and Bert took ownership of the company.
