The freshness plate system UNISON consists of a choice of various Gastronorm china plates combined with bases made of high-grade stainless steel or 24-carat gold-plated and varnished.
The UNISON cooling cushion smoothely nestles against the china plates and guarantees a direct transfer of the cold to the plates and freshness to snacks, salads, cold cuts, cheese, sushi and many more. The cooling effect lasts as long as you serve the buffet.
As with all cooling plates, rolltop hoods made of dishwasher proof plastic hygienically protect the food.
